I would have to say in regard to food I live in place of defeat. The little voices in my head come before I plan a meal, while I am preparing it, while I eat it and after I have consumed it. I confess I do not listen to the voice, nor better, I shut the voice down…with excuses.
This makes me feel weak, like I need a controller to handle the fork, how sad….plan to keep working on this through this bible study.
