- 1/4 or 1/2 cup oats
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 or 1/2 cup low fat milk (sub water)
- 1 packet of Spark (your choice of flavor)
- Optional: Half a scoop of Muscle Gain for added protein
- Mix milk (or water) in with oats and Spark. Microwave for 2 minutes
- Remove bowl from microwave. Add 1 egg white (Muscle Gain if you wish) and a little more water in order to mix.
- Microwave for 1 minute
