Sparked Protein Oatmeal

Prep time: 3 minutes

Cook time: 3 minutes

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 or 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 or 1/2 cup low fat milk (sub water)
  • 1 packet of Spark (your choice of flavor)
  • Optional: Half a scoop of Muscle Gain for added protein

Directions:

  • Mix milk (or water) in with oats and Spark. Microwave for 2 minutes
  • Remove bowl from microwave. Add 1 egg white (Muscle Gain if you wish) and a little more water in order to mix.
  • Microwave for 1 minute

Eat like a champion!
