Spaghetti Squash

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 35-45 minutes (+10 min cool time)



  • Spaghetti squash
  • Olive oil
  • A few crushed garlic cloves
  • Optional: crushed red pepper, oregano to taste


  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Cut the spaghetti squash in half and scoop out the seeds
  • Drizzle olive oil and a few crushed garlic cloves on the open side of the spaghetti squash
  • Place in oven at 375 for 35-45 minutes
  • Let cool for 10 minutes
  • Use a fork to remove the “spaghetti”
  • Optional: add chicken and/or broccoli, for spice add crushed red pepper and some oregano to taste

Eat like a champion!
