Skinny Zughetti

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 10 minutes

Serves: 2-4


  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 cup yellow and red cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked ground turkey
  • Optional: 1 tbsp. parmesan cheese


  • Spiral slice zucchinis
  • Toss olive oil and zucchinis in skillet on medium heat until warm
  • Remove quickly and portion onto plates
  • Add tomatoes and cooked meat
  • Optional: add a pinch of salt and pepper, some fresh basil and sprinkle with cheese

Eat like a champion!
