Pumpkin Protein Waffle

Prep time: 3 minutes

Cook time: 5 minutes

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 scoop AdvoCare vanilla Muscle Gain
  • 1 tsp Stevia
  • Splash of almond milk
  • Optional caramel glaze
    • 1 tbsp PB2
    • 1 tbsp AdvoCare vanilla Muscle Gain
    • 1 tbsp Walden Farms caramel sauce
    • Add water to thin out

Directions: 

  • Blend all ingredients together
  • Pour into a greased waffle maker
  • Top with a caramel glaze

Eat like a champion!
