Pumpkin Protein Spread

Prep time: 2 minutes

Cook time: 2 minutes

Serves: 1/2 cup

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop AdvoCare vanilla Muslce Gain
  • 6 tbsp PB2
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • Few dashes of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4-1/3 cup water or almond milk

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients
  • Mix until combined

Eat like a champion!
