Pumpkin Pie

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 50-60 minutes

Cool time: 2 hours

Servings: 8

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 2 (2.08 oz.) packages AdvoCare Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 (9 in) prepared pie crust

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Combine all ingredients expect pie crust in a bowl and beat well
  • Pour mixture into pie crust and spread evenly
  • Bake in 375-degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until knife inserted into center comes out clean
  • Cool for at least two hours before serving or refrigerate
