Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 5 minutes

Serves: 2


  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk, chilled
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (ingredients for spice below)
    • 4 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 2 tsp ground ginger
    • 1 tsp ground cloves
    • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Dash of cinnamon


  • Combine all of the above ingredients except the cinnamon in order into blender
  • Run until your smoothie is smooth
  • Transfer into a class and sprinkle with cinnamon

Eat like a champion!
