Peanut Butter Protein Pie

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: Freeze for at least 10 minutes

Serves: 1-2

Ingredients:

  • 2 mini graham cracker pie crusts
  • 1/4 cup 0% fat plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (sub 2 tbsp PB2 with 1 tbsp water)
  • 2 tbsp fat-free whipped topping
  • 1 scoop AdvoCare Muscle Gain (vanilla or chocolate)
  • Optional toppings:
    • 1 tbsp carob chips
    • 1/4 banana, sliced

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients
  • Pour half into each pie crust
  • Freeze for at least 10 minutes or until desired consistency is obtained
  • Add toppings if desired

Eat like a champion!
