Muscle Gain Cookie

Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup ground oats, blend until a powder
  • 3 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup apple sauce
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup M&Ms (or chocolate chips)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup Splenda
  • 2/5 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • AdvoCare Muscle Gain

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Roll dough into small balls on a greased cookie sheet
  • Cook in the oven for a few minutes

Eat like a champion!
