“Kick Your Cravings” Carrot Cake

Prep: 10-15 minutes

Cook time: 25 minutes

Servings: 8


  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 scoop AdvoCare Vanilla Muscle Gain
  • 3 TBSP flax seed
  • 1/2 cup sugar (Sub Splenda)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup apple sauce
  • 1/4 craisins
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Grind up oats until it’s a powder
  • Mix together ground oats, whole wheat flour, AdvoCare Muscle Gain, flax seed, sugar, eggs, apple sauce, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a medium size mixing bowl
  • Add in carrot and craisins
  • Stir and pour into a non-stick pan
  • Set a few almonds in the middle and put in the oven. Cook for 25 minutes or until golden brown

Eat like a champion!
