Cucumber ‘Sandwhiches’

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • cucumber
  • 1  slice of cheese
  • 1 slice meat of your choice
  • optional: tomato, avocado, and/or any other additional sandwich toppings

Directions:

  • Cut cucumber into 6 slices
  • Cut cheese into 3 different slices
  • Cut meat into 3 different slices
  • Use all ingredients to assemble 3 mini ‘sandwiches’

Eat like a champion!
