Banana Pankcakes

Cook time: 5 minutes

Serves: 1


  • 1 vanilla Meal Replacement Shake
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 ripe banana (smashed)
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup water (if needed)
  • Optional toppings: PB2, fresh fruit, and/or Sugar Free Syrup


  • Beat egg whites in a bowl and add smashed banana. Combine until smooth
  • In a separate bowl, combine meal replacement shake and baking powder
  • Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly
  • In a medium sized pan, add olive oil cooking spray. Pour pancake mix and cook until golden brown

Eat like a champion!
